CloudKarafka SSL certificate renewal
Scheduled Maintenance Report for CloudKarafka
Completed
All clusters have now been updated with the new SSL/TLS certificate. If you have configured your Kafka clients to trust the certificate chain explicitly, please check your client configurations, if you encounter any problem. Feel free to contact support if you have any issues going forward.

Update
The maintenance is taking longer than expected. We will continue updating the certificate and issuing rolling restarts through out the day. Feel free to reach out to support if you have any questions. We will post an update once all clusters have been updated with the new certificate.

Scheduled
The *.srvs.cloudkafka.com certificate used by shared and dedicated clusters will be rotated during a scheduled maintenance window on 2020-12-15 (08:00 UTC to 11:00 UTC). To load the new certificate, we will be performing a rolling restart of each Kafka cluster.

Heads-up! If you have configured your Kafka clients to trust our certificate chain explicitly, you need to take action. The new certificate chain is available at https://www.cloudkarafka.com/docs/faq.html, if you still need to trust it explicitly.
